How to return an item:
* Should any package arrive in a damaged state, immediately please notify the carrier for inspection. If we made an error in processing your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. Merchandise delivered to the customer in a damaged or defective condition reported within 30 days will be returned, or exchanged at no cost to the customer.
* If you are not satisfied -for any reason- with a product you received, it may be returned for a full refund minus shipping cost. However, merchandise may be returned only with the prior approval of Collectors Crafts. To request a return, contact us by telephone or e-mail, explain the problem, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
* All items must be returned in their original condition (unused).
* Collectors Crafts is not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return, so we recommend that the return shipment be insured and traceable.
4. Shipping
Shipping requires signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes. Orders are only accepted for shipment with in the Continental United States of America. We will consider shipping to the outside of the Continental United States of America on a case by case basis, and reserve the right to refuse any order based on shipping location.
